It's a hit and miss with DB. There are some brides on here that had horrible experience and then there are brides who have a great experience. I didn't have an appointment my first time going, I just planned on looking, but I still received good service. I went back a second time and the lady was still good. I didn't end up buy from there but it was a good experience. Good luck in finding your gown!
