A Play on a Candy Buffet

Hello brides! I feel as I am getting closer, more is piling on my plate and more ideas come my way. I came across a Make Your Own Cupcake Station idea that I love. So that idea has manifested into an entire desert station.

Here's my "vision:"
I am still going to have a cake to cut and serve. Then in the spirit of my baseball theme I would like to have a table set up after dinner that will have the cupcakes with fun bowls filled with sprinkles, chocolate chips, frostings and fillings to Make your Own. Then we are going to have a cotton candy machine, tootsie roll pops, bubble gum and bags of cracker jacks. There will be bags to bring home the sweets. I would like to have a sign that says "Take Me Out to The Ballgame," and then name the table "Steve and Tiffany's Concession Stand" and add in a blurb that will let the guests know that this is in place of thank you favors....any advice on wording for the signs.
