Unable to come.....

So, my flower girl is unable to come to the wedding. It's a little bit of a bummer, but I understand reasons are out of our control. I'm still excited that my sister is traveling all the way from London for our special day! I hope she just loves Joe!!!
So, should I send Olivia the basket and crown I made for her anyway?????? It is sooooo cute!
