Romantic Dinner...Any ideas?

I am planning to cook dinner for my man, on our honeymoon - only thing is, we won't be at home, so I am looking for a recipe or some ideas of something that would be simple, full of flavor and goes great with wine!

At our resort, we will have a full kitchen and bbq outside, and our patio has an oceanview.

Please help!!!

How beautiful!
Maybe do a different cuisine from around the world (one night italian, and have wine, pizza,... next night asian cuisiine and have a special fortune cookie with a message in there specially for him, etc..

- maybe one night have pizza selections...(crust, sauce, toppings)
and you both put the toppings on together and put it in the oven...

- grilled chicken packets(chicken, bell peppers, onions, seasoned and then wrapped in foil) then place on grill maybe serve with potatoes and grilled veggies(squash, zucchini, tomatoes)

- grill a steak and baked potates

- Dessert option, start a fire and do s'mores

- breakfast options...
- heart shaped pancakes
- omlettes
- tacos (bacon and egg) (potato and egg)

-lunch option (picnic)
- pack a picnic basket and make sandwiches (ham, chicken salad, blt, etc.)
- chips, or salads
- blanket
- card from you
- vase with single fake flower
- cups, plates, utensils, napkins,
- dessert to share

I hope this helps sweetie, if I think of anything else, I will let you know...

Can never go wrong with shrimp, crab, seafood spread and plenty of butter! Yummy!  Plus it will not keep you cooking all day. It cooks fast and delicious at the same time! Even add some fress garlic added will really ad pizzaz to your spread.

Foiled Vegetables: Fresh Asparagus with butter, lemon pepper and garlic. Corn on the Cob brushed with a seasoned butter.

Shish kabobs: Chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, red onion, all colored bell peppers, yellow squash, brushed with more garlic butter

Desert: A very simple recipe for "Peach Dump", don't be discouraged of the name, LOL  It's 3 ingredients: 1 box of yellow cake mix, 1 big can of peaches, 1 melted stick of butter.

Dump the can of peaches a square pan, add the boxed cake mix on top of the peaches, pour melted butter evenly over the cake mix.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until brown on top.

All these are quick and easy and you will be able to enjoy your honeymoon with hubby and not being in the kitchen all day.  Enjoy!!!

Check out this site:

You could do mushroom caps for appy, steak and a garlic and herb cream cheese mashed potato with a yummy salad, I have a few ideas and you make some great salads too and a mousse in a chocolate cup for desert.

That's my suggestion ;)

I like the shish kabob idea!  It seems pretty simple!  Or maybe a steak with roasted vegetables...dessert will be simple, probably chocolate strawberries and whipped cream :)

Definitley going to do the picnic idea, weather permitting!  Mmmm.

Thanks guys :)

I will check out that website too Michelle thanks!
