The Bridal Party

I know it seems like so many moons from now but we have started to plan the bridal party....I am having an issue with my FH locking his guys in...

My side however is:

MOH (Stacie)
BM (Kellie)
BM (Kristen)
BM (Karoline)
BM (Regina)
Jr BM (Samantha-my oldest daughter)

His side:

BestM (Rob)
GM (his older brother?)
GM (long time friend in va?)
GM (long time friend in WI?)
GM ????

Flower Girl: our youngest daughter
Ring Bearer: unknown at this time but a good friend has a cutie little guy with blonde hair and blue eyes like my little one and they would be super cute together!

Is it OK to have uneven sides? Well it wont really matter anyway about uneven as I think one of my girls will probably drop out (she and her hubby may be moving back to Cali before the wedding and she would not be able to be in the wedding!) OH and one of my girls seems to have fallen off the face of the earth......Should I have back ups? Should I just let the numbers fall how they do...I'm not a fan of not committing to this!
