Wedding DIET!
Hey ladies,
So I wanna know, what's worked for you? I know a lot of you on here are doing the Paleo diet and I've been eating healthy and working out, but I've got 7 months to lose 40 lbs! I've looked up all kinds of diet pills and I'm scared to waste money on the ones that don't work. Have any of you had success with a specific diet pill or know someone who has??? I'm willing to pay about $100 to $150 for them, I just don't want to go in blind. I'm also considering making an appt with my doc and get her opinion on them, I just have a feeling she'll tell me that they aren't "the best way to go" and tell me to go natural when there's something out there that WILL actually help me. What do you all know/think about the pills??? |

NY & Co. is going down!!
So, I got an email from Ny & Co. AFTER I ordered the bridesmaid dresses, that they canceled the order. They can't fullfill the order bc they're out of stock! SOOO pissed! Why the hell was it online and why the hell was I able to order them if they were out of stock?
Now I'm back on the hunt and I'm not happy :( |

BIG ticket vs. All the small things...
So, things have been totally nuts!
I got really down there for awhile because I had done as much planning as I could without money and when I got to all the stuff I needed cash to get ahold of...I got sad haha Wedding Planning Blues Now I'm good and ready to go, so here's what I've got so far... *My Dress-check *Flowers-check *Venue-check *Reception-check *Food-check *Bridesmaids picked out-check *Groomsmen picked out-check, well debating between 2 still *Tuxedo Rentals-check *BM dresses-check *Photographer-check Idk about you guys, but I feel pretty good about what I've got so far. I think these are some of the major things, now I've only got to worry about all the little mind wrecking stuff like favors, invites, decor, my shoes, ringbearer, flower girl, bell ringers, seating charts, DJ's..and on and on. Basically all the stuff that makes a girl crazy :) I'm super excited about it all though! What do you guys have left to do??? |

TUX shopping!
Jeremy and I are tux shopping tomorrow!
Last weekend at a Bridal Show I got to grab cash out of the Air Cash Machine and the money I grabbed was the total savings I'd get on all the tuxes, I grabbed $276! Sounds good to me :) I think that should bring the guys rentals down to something like $60 each. FYI, no I'm not going to make them all wear purple suits, that was just me trying to get everybody to click on my post hehe sorry to trick ya, but I feel like we need more responses on here girls! Not just me, I just got back to planning but I mean on everyone's posts! So hey, if you're going to spend half your work day on here anyway, and you want people to give you feedback on your posts, read others and comment on theirs. Love all you guys! Best Deal EVER!
These are it! My Bridesmaid dresses. No they're not too flashy but I wanted something kinda "relaxed". The wedding is outdoors and it's Labor Day Weekend so it's gona be hot and sticky. My dress is more beachy/casual as well so I wanted the girls to look right on target with me more of a casual sophistication than super duper dressy all white glove type stuff. They're nice also because the girls can wear these more than once, it's acceptable for anything really...a night out with the hubby, work, whatever and..DRUM ROLL PLEASE.........the price ladies and gents..........only $12.88!
YES, you read that right only $13!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crazy right!?!?! I'm so excited :) What do you guys think? Good? |

I'm back! It's been awhile
Hey Ladies!
Not sure if many of the same girls are on here anymore but I took a couple months hiatus and now I'm back to planning!!!!
I think I had the "Planning too early without cash flow" Blues. But Feb is right around the corner and I'll be buying all kinds of fun wedding stuff with that tax money! Woo hoo I can't wait. I'm also going to a wedding show on Sunday with a really good friend who might turn into a bridesmaid so I'll update you on stuff I find out there. I'm so pumped! Today I got another Michaels coupon and after speeding to the closest one 45 mins away, got the score of a lifetime! I got all of my pearls and swarovski crystals to make my bracelet and "backlace". I'll have enough pearls to make my earrings but not enough crystals for the earrings so in a couple days when my new coupon is eligible, I'll go back and score the rest of what I need to get started making it all! LOVE coupons I only spent 8 bucks today and by the time I'm done it'll end up being probably a 10 project~!~ Will post pics asap.
oh yea, my idea for my "backlace" is that my dress is a halter, therefore I won't need a necklace instead hanging down from the back of my neck off the top of the halter will be a line 2 diff length lines of diamonds and pearls...don't know if that explains it well, but I think it's gona rock and Charolette from Michaels thinks it will look "so nice" lol |

These are our save the dates... What do you guys think? Would you send them out? I have to order sheets of magnets from a local printing store to glue them on cause the little ones you buy for your fridge are too heavy, but I think I like them. I'm sorry but I need to rant for a quick sec
ughhh...
We're turning in our Caddillac lease today, thank god no more $420 car payments and $145 insurance! You'd think that would free up a lot of money, right? Well not when you still owe 3 carpayments and $6,000 in over mileage fees! Not to mention all of the other thousands of bills we owe right now, all right before Christmas! I still have to make my downpayment on my venue, downpayment for photographer and get my dress THEN I can start buying all the little things I want to get for all my DIY projects. So frustrating! It's not even credit card bills, we don't have any credit cards, it's just normal bills. I make ok money, but he's a police officer and we all know they don't really make anything. What kills us is that we both get paid twice a month, so our money doesn't seem like it goes very far or comes very often. Sorry girls, I just had to get this out to someone other than family and our friends aren't allowed to know this kind of stuff. Thanks for letting me be a baby for a minute. |

My Birthday is coming :)
Girls-
I'm so excited! My bday is coming soon and I wasn't planning on asking for anything due to bills, bills, bills BUT we talked about it and I think I may be getting a sewing machine!!! It will be so amazing, I plan on doing all kinds of stuff, my own PRETTY kitchen curtains cause the ones u see in stores are ugly as hell, halloween costumes for the kids, etc etc NOT TO MENTION.......Wedding Stuff!!!!! Woo hoo, it would be perfect then I could make my own ring bearer pillow, my own bridesmaids dresses, little girls dresses plus many many more projects! Cross ur fingers for me cause it's either this or something weird he'll pick out that I won't really want like exercise equipment... yea last year I got a yoga ball, workout dvd, and stretchy bands-he's not good at this stuff or very good at being subtle with gifts haha |
