Last week I was able to get all the ladies fitted in their dresses. We only have two that need their shoulders taken in and shoes for the junior bride. I took their bouquets with us so I could get an overall idea. The feathers that are in the bouquets will also be used as accessories in their hair.
I had a little trouble deciding on what to do for the Matron of Honor, Amber. My junior bridesmaid, Brooke, will be my future daughter so I had her dress done in purple. I feel like I need to do something special for Amber to signify she has a special role. I thought maybe changing her dress to purple too, Scott thought Bedazzle it-very funny, and Melissa, future sister and bridesmaid, suggested adding something to her waist. I agree with option numero tres. Since my dress and Brooke's dresses have the embellishment on the waist I thought adding some kind of rhinestone brooch would be perfect.
