Wedding Decoration
Ok..change?

My first and foremost favorite color since Jr high has been LIME GREEN, but as much as i used to talk about it being my wedding color...i just think the idea I'm envisioning doesn't fit lime green. But there are sooooo many teal, purple and chartreuse weddings and even more with peacock influence...

I want to be original...i thought i was, then i just kept seeing so many more weddings too similar to my idea.

So i am debating on changing my scheme. I bought those awesome earrings and there is something about the peacock feathers that i think will add an elegance of sorts, so i think im going to amp up the chocolate brown and make it a main color, rather then a way to tone down the others.

And i am not fond of purple but chartreuse is close to lime...and Ive kind of fallen in love with the dark teal...but i don't want teal and lime green...it'd look like baby puke or something lol.

Hmmm...idk its not like the people who have similar weddings are close or people who attend mine will see theirs too....but i don't know. Its still so early on in the planning process maybe ill just go gold and white with peacock feathers thrown in for color and a few teal accents...hmmm....what do i do?

VOTE: Stick with teal, purple and chartreuse and gold and chocolate and the peacock feathers or change?

I know you want to be original and want something unique. Believe me, I know, I was there -- as I'm sure almost every bride is. I was seeing all this stuff that I wanted or thought I wanted and then I saw everyone else doing it and I went. hmmmm.

But I kept on looking and searching and looking more to find out what make my heart stop. What made me so happy and excited that every time i talk about it now, my fiancé smiles and chuckles at me.

I say, do what makes you happy. And if you don't know what makes you happy yet, then just keep on looking. It'll come :)
