A Local Magazine!?!?!?!

Here I was just sitting at home late last night with nothing better to do than mope cause I'm feeling a bit under the weather. I just so happened to check trusty old Facebook to keep me occupied and learned that a friend I use to work with what seems likes ages ago just got engaged today! Exciting, I got giddy just seeing the little heart and "engaged" status beside her name thinking about her excitement and how it felt to be the "E" word myself! You know that can't stop grinning, can't stop looking at your ring, and getting all giddy while people look at you like you're a goof cause they don't know why!

Naturally, I sent her my CONGRATULATIONS on her exciting news and my offers to help or recommend whatever she may need! She responded saying that it was funny, she was just thinking of me because she happened to see me in a local issue of Weddings in Winnipeg. Eeeeeeiiiiikkkkk, ok, what did she say ... me in the magazine ... no way, I had NO clue!?!?! Turns out they released the latest issue and the photo shoot I was in a few months back is being featured along with the spectacular Vintage set ... gush* I still can't get over that set and how pretty it was, seriously it is what dreams are made! Still a bit jealous it wasn't mine lol but hey, who's complaining!? I got an opportunity of a lifetime and I am thankful alone for that. Rebecca must have forgotten to mention it to me so it's a good thing Jen let me know about it or I would have had absolutely no clue what-so-ever!
