wondering mind
I feel as tho I need to stay on track . Some days i am all super excited about the wedding planning and then there are days like the last 2 where ive been ok i need to be looking at different items for the wedding but once I sit down to start searching my mind wonders off to other things i find my self surfing the web for anything but wedding items . One good thing did come out of the last 2 day the FH and I have decided what we are doing for the wedding favors .We have decided to keep it simple with silver picture frames . We had decided to do candy favors at first but then decided against that since we will be having a candy bar at the reception. What can I do to stay a little bit more focused because I feel llike im slowly going insane?

Wedding Dress

Ok so today I went to try on my dress and yes I loved it even more so on then in the picture. I told the sales rep that I just wanted to try it on today and wasn't planning on purchasing my dress until around the end of the year Decemberish ( because starting September 1st I will be putting myself on a strict diet for weight loss as well as health purposes) anyways the first thing that the little man said to me was " well were not going to have this dress in December" Its a designer item and it wont be around> My heart dropped but the whole time my cousin who is one of my bridesmaids was like girl don't worry about it I don't think he knows what he's talking about more than likely they will have this dress he just wants you to buy this dress right now so he can claim commission. We left the store with no dress in hand. We got back to my place and was looking on Facebook of some of our friends wedding pictures. I was looking thru one of my friends picture and keep in mind she got married back in 2008 i wasn't paying attention to her dress at first but i was like ok she has on the same dress that I want and again she was married 2 years ago soooooooooo the little man straight up told a bold face lie to me hurt my feelings and all, standing up there in that beautiful gown but after seeing my friends picture it took a heavy load off . THANK GOODNESS. so you better believe I will be up in that shop in December and will not be requesting his services .. there was no need to lie if you need money that bad this is not the JOB for you.

Wedding Invitation
is there anyone else thats splitting there guest list?
The location that I booked for my wedding and reception is really nice. I booked 2 of the art galleries and was planning on inviting all my guest to both the wedding and reception. However after carefully analyzing the 1st room which will be the smaller of the 2 that I was planning on doing the ceremony it with the chairs in place this room will not accommodate all of my guest, so the plan now is to only invite our family members and our close close friends and just send out invitations to the reception to the remaining of our guest

photographer??
I spoke with the guy that I initially planned on getting to do my photos during the wedding and reception and some of the things he mentioned kinda made me 2nd quess as to whether or not I should use him. The first issue or point that he mentioned was that he does not print any of the pictures out he only charges for his labor. He stated what he dies is provide us with a cd of all the pictures that he took and from there we will have to go print them out. I also asked him about photo shopping the pictures and he was like he only uses photo shop to remove items from the pictures and occasional tree leaves in peoples faces ????? (OK SO WHO DOES THAT TAKE PICTURES BEHIND TREES) He stated he eill correct certain blemishes but he opts to leave the picture looking as natural as possible.. so wbc what do you think should i start shopping around for another photographer or what?

Wedding Dress
I saw this dress and instantly fell in love with it . Im opting for white instead of champagne tho. I made an appointment with the bridal shop to go try this dress on this Saturday ..wish me luck i hope that it looks as good on me as it looks in the picture!

The Proposal
Where should I start with this here proposal.. well I can start off by saying that I knew from the minute that I spoke to him that i wanted to marry him.. me and the FH met on line not like a dating service or anything of that nature but we met on of all places ..Myspace go figure and it all started with a simple friend request .. a couple o days before he sent me a friend request I say his page on my bestfriends page I checked out his page Im not gonna lie but I left it at that . About 2 days later I received a friend request from him .. we hit if off and basically chatted on line and sent each other little comments then one day he asked me " if i give you a number would you use it and I was like yeah but who's number ? lol. Of course it was his as soon as i got that number we talked for hours each night to the point that sometimes i would fall asleep on the phone.. Since Im in VA and he was in NC I took the 1st step and planned a trip down to NC . While down there we had a blast and spent time getting to know each other. Its funny because when i first met him in person he was super nervous i mean super super nervous to the point that he was walking on his tippy toes and could not stay still. Well I did have to end that trip and head back to VA so we resumed our conversations each night until the wee hours of the morning . It seemed like everynight that i spent with him on the phone i was falling deeper and deeper in love with him. I was in the process of moving and was deciding whether I wanted to stay in Va or move down to Nc to be closer to him , I decided to stay in Va since all my family was in Va and also my son would still be able to keep in close contact with his father. So of course I popped the question to him about moving to Va with me and he was on the next train smoking . well time has passed and we now have a 7 month old together.. The night that he proposed was a couple of days before our son was born . He came home from work it had to be about 10-11pm looking super excited like always and was like baby i wanted to wait until you had the baby but I cant wait anymore "will you marry me " I just started cheesing from ear to ear and was like yes and thats my proposal story and then the planning began.......................................
