This is amandam's Blue Wedding!

this is my ring! Les chose an absolutely perfect ring for me that wasn't too huge and was just what I wanted. The band will probably be white gold with the small row of diamonds to match the engagement ring :)

Right now I am just searching for various flowers. I don't think I am going to have real bouquets.. Flowers aren't really a priority for me and there are other things that I would prefer to splurge on with our budget

-- I have decided that I definitely want Gerbera Daisies. Now its only a search for whether I would like silk bouquets or real flowers. Again, I know someone who can make gorgeous bouquets so I am going to be buying wholesale stems, which will save a bunch too. I think I am aiming towards just the red/yellow/orange gerberas because I like the contrast, but that will all depend.

I haven't decided fully on anything for the decorations. I am fairly certain I will be making my own centrepieces. And i think i will be sticking with the same place for menu cards, invites, placecards, etc.

I'm also extremely torn on whether to have brown tuxes or black.. I dont know how i feel about black tuxes with brown ties... however, I think that Les would prefer black tuxes. In terms of what he is wearing, I gave him the final say, so its completely up to him :)

I truly love the first cake I have pictured. The blue colour is perfect. I may have the black section changes to brown since that will be our 2nd colour.
I also like the cupcake idea, but obviosuly this picture isnt our colour scheme

There will be one flower girl, and no ring bearer. She'll be about 4 1/2 years old when the wedding takes place. This is a gorgeous little dress I love...

Ive got a few ideas of what I'd like the bridesmaids to wear. I will be having one junior bridesmaid, so that will be considered. Also, my MOH will wear a different dress + a different colour (probably chocolate)

I've also finally decided who my bridal party will consist of:
MOH: my sister, Nicole
Junior BM: Cousin, Sierra
Roommates: Kate, and Julie
and another BFF: Rae Anne

I found these online, and I think they fit perfectly. I really am thinking I'd like something with food/candy becuase i LOVE candy. People who know me will understand it instantly

-- In an attempt to save a bit of money, I'm also considering doing my own favour boxes and filling them with personalized M&Ms... It will be much cheaper, which is a plus with my budget

So, I went to a bridal show with my mom and she bought my wedding dress for me! It was on sale for $299 and also included a free veil and tiara. How could I turn it down? The only problem is that the bridal shop has it and I dont have a picture.. Its Justin Brandon style F733. Of course I can't find it online either :( But its amazing!

Soo, my fiance didn't like the striped invites at all when i showed him, but I found a great place that offers really nice invites at great prices. The ones in the pics aren't the colours I want, but those are all customizable in terms of colour, fonts, etc. Great Find
