Wedding Nightmares
Am I the only one having them?
Almost every other night or so I have a new wedding related nightmare. Most of them are that the wedding is starting and I don't have my dress. Or my hair is not done and I didn't even buy a veil, but everyone is waiting on me. The most recent was that I had a reception venue but not a ceremony spot (which is where I am at right now) and it's the day of the wedding and I'm all dressed up and have nowhere to go because I didn't make that decision. It's really bothering me in the mornings on the way to work because I remember and replay these nightmares in my head.

I think all this planning is taking over my life and my subconscious! I'm having fun planning our wedding, but damn, the things that worry me during the day find a way of creeping in and beating me over the head at night!

Am I the only one having wedding related nightmares? If you do what happens in your dreams?

I had a nightmare the other night - I was riding around on the subway train in my wedding dress (which is ironic because my gift to my fiancee is learning how to drive, so I shoudl definately not be on the train in my wedding dress!)  and I had so much in my head that I had to remember to do, that I really needed to write it down.  I had no paper so I started writing on my wedding dress, because I knew I would forget, there was just so much to do!  I thought I would be able to just wash my wedding dress but I couldn't, and it stained!  I know that wouldn't sound like a nightmare to the avergae person, but to me, I woke in a cold sweat!!!

I have them all the time. Mostly I laugh at them. Every now and then, though, I wake up thinking we are actually married already. In those instances I become incredibly sad, only because I lay there and cannot remember hearing my husband say our vows. Once I realize it was a dream, though, I'm fine!

I haven't had any wedding nightmares yet, but I'm still a year out.  I have noticed that when I eat late, I do have awful nightmares.  Those are normally kid related though - which is funny cause we don't have any yet!

Re: the cake topper - I got it from craftyeddy@gmail.com.  He's a joy to work with...and fast considering.  All the "blinging" is just flatback rhinestones, gemcraft glue and patience dear heart....email me if you need more details...

Oh my- I have not had one yet. Maybe when the wedding gets closer? I hope not! :) I would probably have one about gaining weight and not being able to fit into my dress, since that happened to my mom and she has burned into my brain the image of her having to be sewn into her dress right before the wedding hehe.
That's a nightmare!
