Hey ladies!
I'm actually asking this for one of my girlfriends that is getting married on the 24th, she is making her programs like this: Hana - Sister of the Bride Erin - Sister of the Bride Mandy - ? Mandy is her brother's long time girlfriend however they are not engaged yet. My friend's question is how should she "word" how Mandy is realted to the family in the programs. And she would rather not say "Friend of the bride" But it's way too long to say "Girlfriend of the Bride's brother" LOL You see her delima? Does anyone have any suggestions? Any would be appreciated! :) PS MISS YOU ALL SO MUCH! |

Post Wedding Hair Color Change!

Hey ladies!!!
I wanted to stop in and say Hiiiiiiii! I miss you all SO flippin much! I peek in from time to time :) I wanted to just ask a quick question, who is going for the post wedding chop when it's all over?! I thought I was going to do it, and I was so ready, but when I got to the hair dresser I weenied out! However, I did go a completely different color than my usual blonde! :) (Because even though I went "darker" the week before the wedding I'm convinced it washed out because I was still blonde in the wedding photos.) But that's beside the point! I wanna know who is doing it?! I also wanted to brag about my husband, I just love being married! It's not THAT different seeing as though we've lived together for 3 years, but I love calling him husband :) LOL And it was his birthday this past weekend, I couldn't help but keep thinking about those quotes that say something like your life kind of "begins again" after marriage, so I kept teasing him that it was his first birthday as a husband :) Anyway, I just wanted to say Hi and post a question to you gals! How long is too long? Amandasoontobemoury still waiting...
Our wedding was on July 24th and the photographer said she would have our pictures back to us in 2-3 weeks time from then.
Well she pushed it back once to August 17th, and then pushed it back again to tomorrow, August 24th, which is exactly 1 month from our wedding. Maybe I'm being a bridezilla but it doesn't seem right that she told us a certain time and then pushed it back twice. I'm so anxious to see our pictures, and not only that, but looking back on it I've realized how many photos we didn't get. We didn't get many of just Bryan and I, or either of us alone, or Just bryan with Sophia (The flower girl) Ugh... I'm probably just being silly but I hope nothing is wrong with the pictures. And it's just one more day so what's wrong with me? AND My girlfriend's wedding was on August 14th and her photographer already got them back like 60 sneak peeks and they are gorgeous! I'm jealous! Waiting sucks! :( Sorry for the vent gals, hope you are all doing amazing. Miss you! |

I bought it from NicolenAlex2010 for $70. Another WBC bride was going to buy it but isn't able to now. I was never, EVER a big "Sex in the City" fan, however over the weekend on of my friends introduced me to the movie, and now I wonder how I've lived without it! Our Vows <3
I really wanted to share our vows, Bryan did SUCH a good job on his, had me crying, and I think he was crying too :)
PS, Ok, I lied, I'm not ready to leave this site yet. hahaha hopefully that's ok. We read our traditional vows to each other, these were just our own personal "statements" to each other :) Bryan's Vows: Amanda, for almost six years now you have shown me what it is like to truly love and care for another person beyond anything I could have ever thought possible. And I am going to try and find words that will explain what your love and friendship means to me. I can start by saying that I can undoubtedly say that I do, and always will, love you with all that I am. I can promise that I will be there for you in any way possible for as long as I live, no matter what life brings. I also will promise you to work every day of my life to make sure that you live the life I know you deserve and treat you no less than the princess you are. I promise all of these things because I know that as long as I do, you will do the same for me. I look forward to the life time I now get to spend with someone like you; someone who is as beautiful as any sunset or mountain view anywhere on the earth, someone who can change the entire mood with your brilliant smile and your always cheerful attitude, some one I can say will be the best wife any man could ever wish for, and amazing mother to our future children. Someone who, no matter how crazy the idea, will stand behind me 100% and encourage me to do anything, someone who without even trying to, makes me want to be a better person and just enjoy life the way you do. I cherish every moment I have been lucky enough to have you in my life. I found that person who sees a heart shaped rock and thinks of me, who would go to the ends of the earth just to make me happy, the guy that still opens car doors for me after six years together and the father of my future children. I found my best friend, my partner in crime, and that kind of love that most people dont get to experience in their whole lives at 17 years old. I know Ive said it before and I will say it for the rest of my life, Im so thankful for you. Knowing you makes me a stronger person, more carefree, and constantly reminds me that laughing daily brings sunshine to your soul. I love you with all my heart Bryan, and I cant wait to wake up tomorrow as your wife. We both got complimented on the ceremony, I was just so happy! |
