DIY Wedding
My trial run cake :-)
I like how it turned out, but I don't love it as a wedding cake. I made it for my mom's birthday on the weekend. It is a chocolate chiffon with raspberry mouse filling. My mom will LOVE it. I really hope I get one of the fandy kitchen aide mixers as a shower gift :-) Then I can make my favour cookies!!

Family & Friends
If you've read any of my previous posts, I'm sure you realize I want to make our wedding special to everyone that attends. I really want all my family and friends to feel like I did something special for each of them. Since there is no way possible to do this for each guest, I really want to focus on my bridal party and close family. Please give me some suggestions!!

Boudoir Photos...
Hmm... I'd never heard of doing boudoir photos till I came on this website!! I must say, I really like the idea!! I know he has said a few times he thinks it would be cool to see some sexy pictures of me... I'm kind of considering doing it before the wedding. What do you typically wear in these pictures? Is it just cute bra and undies, or lingerie? Is it something most photographers do, or just certain photographers? I found one in the area http://www.danabrushette.com/ but its more pin ups pictures... I need some advice! I think its a cool idea, but I'm not sure how to go about it! I really want to have a neat gift to give him before the wedding, and I know he would love it! Although, if I give him the picture before.. he might just tear off my dress. hahahaha

Frustrated!!!
I figure this is likely one of the best places to vent my BIGGEST wedding annoyance!! So, my fh's brother got engaged about 6 months after us.... and then planned to get married a month before us! NOT COOL! After a very awkward conversation they said they would change their wedding date..... to August 1st..... Their buck and doe is also a month before ours too! I don't know why this chick is trying to beat me to EVERYTHING without even asking!! I've also given her tons of wedding stuff... with not even a thank you. I'm getting so frustrated with this chick! I'm not sure what to do since she is going to be my sister in law.... It's driving me NUTS!! I'm trying to make sure my wedding is better than theirs, as petty as it may seem! But still, what is she thinking??!!

I can't wait for my buck and doe on April 24th!!!! Ahhh!! Is anyone else having one? I've heard it is more of a country thing than a city thing. It's gonna be a BLAST!

Strippers/Country Bar
I'm really looking forword to my party, and I know he is really looking forword to his! I think I'm gonna get a bus or a limo take me and all my lady friends to a country bar for the night! I think my FH brothers and friends are planning him a stripper night! He is really looking forword to it. All the neighbourhood men and what night get to hang out, drink, and watch strippers. And just to make it clear, I'm not the least bit jelous of him seeing strippers! I don't see anything wrong with it as long as he follows the rules :-) haha I can't wait till our wedding day is closer!
