We love eating:)

My sister and I went to meet up with Zennie ( my head caterer) after an hour of picking out my menu, we finally come up with a fabulous set of dinner buffet menu…of course choosing the right food for my guest is very important, since my family loves eating, I have my mom who’s a former caterer, my eldest sister who tried to come up with a catering business, I have a cousin who’s a chef ummm…and actually a lot more relatives into food business, meaning, most of guest really know what food is good and not. Here’s my set of menu

Appetizer: Oyster Rockefeller
Soup: Cream of Asparagus
Salad: Caesar Salad
Beef: Savory Pot Roast Champignon
Seafood: Tempura
Fish Florentine
Pork: Honey Glazed Spareribs
Side Dishes: Buttered Mixed Vegetable
Rice Pilaf
Dessert: Banana Cream Pie
