To early to order my favors?
Our wedding is next June. And I really really want to order my favours now! Lol, i'm impatient and can't wait. I am planning on ordering them through discountmugs.com and I know they will take a while to make them and then ship them to Canada. My FI says "order them whenever you want" lol. Is it too early to order?

Thank you all soo much for your advice! I went ahead and ordered them, my FI told me to order them whenever I like, so that's what I did lol!

I don't think so if its a shot glass.  I would say hold off if it included chocolates or candy.

no it is not too early. I had my favors a year in advance cause I found them at such a good price. The only problem is that I bought too many as we ended up cutting down our guest list!

I dont think it is too early-as long as you do not mind if you end up with some leftover.

You could if you have done up your guest list and finalized.  Then you will have a god idea on how many to order.  If you do not have a guest list then hold off until you do have a guest list.

LOL I already have candy for my May 2009 wedding :)  Only because I found it at a ridiculously discounted price for exactly the right candy I was looking for.  As long as I keep it sealed, it should be ok.  Nothing wrong with ordering things in early, especially for us poor girls up north!  (I'm so jealous of anyone who is anywhere near a Target store right now!)  If you're sure of what you want then order away!  It spreads out the spending and also knocks another thing off your to-do list.  Why put off til tomorrow...
