Shoes - Gorgeous, Fun, or Practical? - AMDWOOD's Yellow Wedding by Color Blog

I keep going back and forth on the shoes issue. I want a pretty pair. But the ones that I like, I dont know if they are completely practical for the event. One, will I be able to wear them all night...and two...again do I want to spend a lot of money on a pair I will most likely only wear once? It IS my wedding though which to me would make it worth it.

I am rethinking the color of the shoe though. (Azra, hush!) I have been liking the idea more and more of wearing yellow shoes. Azra had suggested it for the bridesmaids and I didn't like the idea at first...but now I think it would be fun! And two, I probably could wear them again! I like that idea under the black dresses for the bmaids and I'm thinking if I found a cute pair I would too!

I figure spring styles will be coming out in stores soon...perfect
time to look. Keep your eyes open!

The shoes do look fun! Buy a pair and wear them inside, test them out a bit and see if, or how soon they start hurting your feet! Then take them back if needed. Just remember, on your wedding day, you want to be focused on the day, not hurting feet!

Finally! You like my idea about the yellow shoes. UGH! We should start looking now for sure and like your mom said find a comfortable pair. I don't deal well with pain, furthermore we don't need a repeat of "Necto/Panchero's night" hehehhe.

I love the look and am jumping on this bandwagon too, but am dying my shoes reddish/pinkish, and adding fun shoe clips to make them pop! (I have wide feet and knew I had to take comfort into consideration, so this seemed like the best option for me. Maybe for you too?) Lots of cool shoe clips on Etsy!
