So my fiance is Jamaican and he is definitly serious about us going to Jamaica. No Joke lol. We are having half american and half jamaican food at the reception. The traditional wedding food is curried goat or curry goat (not too sure how to explain that) but we are having it! And jerk chicken too (the only jamaican food i know lol) If anybody knows of any good places to go in jamaica (We r looking for a resort) or any jamaican caterers in TN tell me pleaseeee

Hey Jamaica is where we are going also. Ive been there a few times and Loved IT. try Holiday Inn sunspree in montego bay. Also along the same strip they have a lot more resorts like sandals.

My fiance also has Jamaican heritage!  His dad is full Jamaican, but my fiance was born in NY, & his mom is from Panama.  I have been to Montego Bay to a resort thru AAA, from there we visited Ocho Rios....beautiful!  My FI has been all over.  Email me if you'd like some specific details.  I'll get info from him & will be glad to share.  P.S.  The jerk chicken over there is delicious!

I can highly recommend Club Ambiance in Runaway Bay.  The FH spent our engagement"moon" there in April.  I was fantastic and highly affordable.  If you're interested, send me a PM and I can give you all the info...
