My fiance's cousin (she is also one of my bridesmaids) had an idea that her and the other bridesmaids were going to do for me, but in the end it didn't pan out....but they would each contribute money and they would divide the money up into an envelope for each month, and every month the couple uses that money for a date (eg $40 for January for the movies, $40 for february for dinner, $40 for march for admission to museum or aquarium etc.) I think the reason my bridesmaids didnt do it in the end was bc it could get really expensive, but you could get the groomsmen to contribute? I thought it was a really awesome idea!
