So at the beginning of this year, i started with a personal trainer, and reached my goal weight pretty quickly. I resolved to sign up at a gym to maintain my current weight, and plan to only sign up with my trainer again about 3 months before the wedding. But all resolve has disappeared & i'm eating all kinds of rubbish & my waistline is bearing witness to this lack of self-control.
[Unfortunately this resolution did happen to coincide with my birthday month *sigh*]
I'm too scared to get on the scale because my dress is about to be delivered & doesn't allow much room for expansion, eek! so i've gotta get back on the diet wagon & shake those few extra kg's iv managed to pick up over the past few weeks. bleh.
Wish me luck...i'm heading to gym tomorrow come rain, hail or shine...and i'll be sure to wear super baggy track pants!
