DIY Centerpieces

Here are the final centerpieces!! I have gone back and forth on what to do for the centerpieces and final decided on which direction to go. I found the vases at Hobby Lobby for about $11.00 after the 50% off they were having. The flowers are the same ones I used in my bouquet and I used a ton of them!! I will probably have to go find some more :/

I used a 6" (I think) Styrofoam ball that fit perfectly into the vase and just started adding flowers. Once I added all of the flowers, I added three hanging crystal strands with some floral wire. I need to find something more sturdy to hang them though because I am afraid someone will accidentally yank them out.

I have already made 2 and have 4 more to go! Thank goodness we only have 6 tables lol

WOW they look beautiful!!! before I started reading I thought it was a picture from the internet haha GREAT JOB!! Just a suggestion with your crystals... you mentioned they aren't very sturdy, I myself have made a few pomanders with crystals hanging and I find it easier if you put the crystals on first, then the flowers. I just string them on some floral wire and then poke the styrofoam ball first put hot glue in the hole and then put the wire back in.  Hope that made sense?? haha Anyways that might just make things a little easier for you ... Looks awesome though!!!

These are very pretty! I Love the colors.

I agree with live2sing. I would use hot glue to keep the floral wire in the ball. You could always use wire cutters to take them out or to move the crystals to another spot.
