What Photobooth Props are you using?
So far we have collected:
1 - Fedora (ross) 2 - feather Boas (michaels) 2 pairs of glasses with mustaches (dollar tree) 1 pair of giant sunglasses (dollar tree) I definitly want to get more, any ideas? What have you collected & where did you buy them? |

How much is your Limo? $
SO I started looking into a Limo
for a 4 hour rental. During this time it won't be driving very much, but It would get the whole wedding party from Getting ready, to the ceremony & then to photos & then to the reception. So I think it would be great to have. Pricing is $400 (for a 9 passenger standard white limo) or $700 (for the stretch navigator 14 passenger) We can get away with the 9 passenger, but I LOVE the larger navigator. Anyways, what did you choose? And what prices did you find? And if you are already married & got a limo was it worth the price? Thanks -Ang |

Candy Buffet sign! Love is sweet!
I also ordered this Banner from vistaprint for above the candy buffet table. I hope it turns out nice, but if not it doesn't matter because it was 100% free during their sale. I didn't have to pay a penny for it because I used the damask pattern & red stripes by cropping them from other uploads. (you have to pay $5.00 per upload, but once you pay that you can use that image as many times are you want for free & watch for upload sales, lots of times they go on halfprice) And you can use their images for free. The heart lollipops are their images, which is perfect because i have heart shaped lollipops for the candy buffet!
Anyone who knows my fiance, knows he loves candy. So we had to do a candy buffet! We are using chinese take-out boxes for people to fill up with their treats. The sign is pretty big: 3 feet by 1.6 feet I wrote on it: Candy Buffet: Grab your box, Take a treat. Enjoy the Sugar Buzz! Love is Sweet! |

My Damask Photobooth sign/poster
Another free item from Vistaprint! I think it came out great.
It will be 11.25" wide x 17.3" High. It's a poster. I may mount it to cardboard or something to make it stiff if I am not going to put it up on a wall. My Ceremony sign!
I designed it, (using inspiration for others here on the board) and have already ordered it! I think it came out great. Best of all Vistaprint had a huge memorial sale on so it was practically free! Just had to pay (half price) for the image upload & for the stand for the sign. But the actual sign was free! It's 18" x 12"
And I got Free shipping. I ordered a bunch of things during their sale. Because soooo many things were free. I will definitely have to post what I created. If you create an account they send you emails for their sales. & many times there are great printed products that are completely free! |

Sweetheart table or Head Table!?
I'm trying to decide between having a Sweetheart Table or a Head Table?
I like the idea of both, so I am wondering if anyone who had a sweetheart table would recommend it ? We ofcourse love our wedding party so sitting with them would be great, but I do like the idea of just sitting with my Groom at the Sweetheart table, but am also worried we might get a bit uncomfortable being at the front alone! :) If we have the head table I am worried about my MOH's husband sitting alone with their children, The Best Man's wife & son sitting at a different table as well as 2 of the groomsman's girlfriends. I don't want to be inconsiderate! Anyone stuggling with the same issue? |

10 steps to Add a background to your Blog!
Ok, I've been trying to figure this out & i've got it down~!
1. - First find a picture you want to use (if its not online & doesn't have a url then you need to: 2 - Upload the picture for your blog the one you want to use as background to photobucket.com or another online location 3 - Copy the web adress url & save it somewhere 4 - Open your blog & login 5 - On the right hand side of you blog go to edit profile and clear out the content of About My Wedding 6. Paste in this text: <*STYLE type=text/css*> body {background-image: url("USE URL OF DESIRED BACKGROUND IMAGE"); background-position: center; background-repeat: repeat-all; background-attachment: fixed;}<**/STYLE**> 7 - . Remove all of the *'s from around the STYLEs at the beginning and end of what you just pasted in 8. In your profile where you just pasted the text above, in About My Wedding - Highlight USE URL OF DESIRED BACKGROUND only---do not highlight the ( " or " ) that are on either side, just the words 9. Paste the url you copied from where you image is: photobucket etc 10. Save and your background should appear after a couple of seconds. YOUR DONE! |

Is anyone having Sparklers for their 1st DANCE?
So I know lot's of people are using Sparklers for the exit, but is anyone using them for their first dance? I have seen it done before & was considering havings the guests light sparklers for our first dance. I was thinking it would add a little more magic. :)

Wedding Party Colors
So we made our decision tonight. The Groom will wear Ivory to match me, & the Groomsmen will wear red ties with black vests. The Girls will have Red sashes to bring that pop of Red to the girls side! I think my girls will wear black shoes, originally I wanted Red, but this way, we won't have to worry about coordinating shades of Red as we are all Spread out far apart. I think its going to look great!

Flower Girl Basket & Ring Bearer Pillow in Damask
So we bought 17 table runner & only have 10 tables so we are finding other uses for the fabric. My Mom is going to make a Ring Bearer Pillow & FlowerGirl Basket. I think they are going to be adorable! Not sure what else we are using it for. Any suggestions?
