We went and did the cake tasting, We dragged along my bridesmaid Amanda & groomsmen Scott. I'm so glad we did because it was so great having a 3rd & 4th opinion & really just made it more fun! We went & had cake for breakfast, & I am sooooo excited about the flavors! The cake was amazing!
The bottom layer will be:
French vanilla cake with 3 berry mousse layers
The middle layer will be: Chocolate peanut butter cake with chocolate fudge & peanut butter butter cream
Top layer will be
dark chocolate cake with chocolate chunks - chocolate mousse & raspberry puree fillings!
We ended up going 12" 10" & 8" so that everyone could have a regular size piece of cake, rather than a tiny sliver.
Best of all it was over $100 less than my other quotes!
