I am trying to figure out when I should start planning for the wedding. I have the date set for Feb. 2009 about a year away. What comes first and when is a good time to start??? Im lost! Esp. hard because I don't live around any family what-so-ever!

Who gets cut from the list first if you go over on guests??? I can not choose between friends or family I havn't seen in years!...
