This is armywife's Chocolate Wedding!

I got my ring for Christmas this year when Chase got to come home from training. After several hours and 12 diamond stores later, we found the perfect ring. I cried when he gave it to me...of course! He couldn't have picked a better ring!

I want to keep my wedding dress a suprise to everybody, so all I am going to say is that it is ivory with champagne accents. I couldn't have found a more perfect dress anywhere!

Right now I really don't have a clue as to what I am really wanting. What I do know is that I want brightly colored spring flowers, and I want the stems wrapped in ribbon. The bridesmaids will probably have a small bouquet with ivory roses and a few accent flowers like the ones in mine.

My maid of honor is my soon to be sister-in-law Katie. My other bridesmaids are my friends Chelsea and Macy and my cousin Lauren. Chase's sisters, Amy and Ashley, are going to be junior bridesmaids. We have chosen the short "truffle" colored dress in the picture with "watermelon" accents. The accents in the picture are a much lighter pink than the watermelon. The junior bridesmaids dresses are a short, spaghetti strapped truffle dress with a watermelon sash.

I'm not really sure what I want just yet. I am still letting my hair grow out. I have a beautiful one layer veil that matches my dress perfectly!

Right now, I'm thinking about having a strawberry wedding cake instead of the traditional. I think it's prettier, and the wedding has pink accents in it, so I think it will be cute! These are just some ideas that I really like. All of the flowers and/or colored icing will match the chocolate brown/watermelon theme!

Chase and I are thinking about going on a cruise since neither of us has ever been on one!
