we also got each of our fathers a pair of cufflinks to wear on the wedding day (antique golf ones for my dad, and vintage maps of italy for his). then i wrote a letter to his parents thanking them for raising such an amazing son and he wrote a letter to my parents basically saying the same thing. then after we get all our photos back we are going to make them each a big coffee table book from blurb.com with all our engagement pictures, wedding pics and maybe some safe honeymoon ones.
maybe you could do something like what we're doing? i think they'll really like personal, heartfelt letters and every parents like pictures!
