No, i haven't found any instructions on the internet for them yet.  I will post them if I find some or if I come up with some on my own.

I actually made these for my wedding.   made 160 of them with 7 leaves each.  Talk about a lot of cutting!  I can forward you the template if anyone wants it.  They are beautiful!
