I think we are going to have a dessert bar! My fh and I love sweets, well maybe I love sweets more than he does :) but my Mom brought this idea to me and I love it. I think we are going to have old time treats. like my grandmas warm apple pie and candy apples and maybe some tarts..... just and idea.

I got my Wedding Dress!!!
So, I'm so excited my wedding dress is finaly in. I picked it up today. I love it. It's a little big but nothing a little alterations can't fix. Yay Yay Yay!!!

My 2nd Dress, I'm in Love again!
I just ordered my reception dress and I love it. It's not exactly what I was looking for in the begining but I love it now! I love love love my wedding dress but I think this short dress will be fun. My reception is simi outside in July so I really wanted something comfortable to change into. I think this dress is exactly what I need.

Bridesmaid Bouquet
I'm getting married in Mexico and they want to charge me $30-40 for 1 bridesmaid bouquet. There is no way I would pay that much money for one bouquet. So I went to Hobby Lobby (my fav store) and picked up a few diffrent silk flowers. My Bridesmaid's dresses are yellow so I wanted to get bright colors that weren't yellow. I don't want to over kill the yellow. I think this could be our final pick on bouquets AND it only cost me $6 to make one :)
And that makes me happy!!!! |

Finally! We mailed our save the date post cards. I drew the picture on the front and we printed on design paper. Very very easy and very very cheap!!!
We are having a simi-out door wedding in Springfield. There are a lot of trees at our venue. So sitting in a tree went well with our theme. |

What Cake Topper did you use?
So Im in a pickle about what cake topper to use? I been searching and searching and I cant find one that I like. I would like to make one myself but I dont even know where to begin. Im pretty unique and creative so I dont want anything traditional. This is harder than what I thought.
What cake topper are you ladies using and why? Im would appreciate any and all comments. Thank you. |

Cheesecake Wedding!!
So I'm not a big cake eater and neither is my FH. But we both love cheesecake, which is why we are having a cheesecake wedding cake. We just ordered it this week and I'm so excited. It will be 3 separate tiers raspberry, strawberry, and raspberry swirl, with 2 side tiers of turtle cheesecake. I think it will be amazing. We are also having cupcakes and cookies that are shaped like flowers which make me happy. The best thing of all the cheesecake cost the same amount as getting a wedding cake made!! Our cake decorator said it's actually a lot easier to make a cheesecake than a wedding cake, So if there are any other cheese cake lovers out there maybe you should think about doing something a lil less traditional for your wedding :)

So sorry for being MIA for a while but I am back for good! I miss WBC, I have been so busy and a lot has been going on. Most important thing is i got my dream wedding dress. I love it and I think it looks amazing on me! I'm so excited.

Im finally losing the weight!!!!!!
So ladies Im down a total of 6lbs since I starded blogging about this and Im very excited! Losing weight can be so hard and keeping it off can be even harder. I think my biggest fear rite now is gaining the 6 lbs back. I only have 10 more to go until I go dress shopping and 20 till Im at my goal weight!
I currently am trying to give up sweets and soda and it is hard. What are somethings you ladies do to lose weight? |
