Do you travel with your real ring?

I would advise to not wear your wedding ring/bands in case of theft. I've heard horror stories of brides who had their rings stolen out of their safety box from their room. The best thing to do is leave it at home. Or, you can just buy the CZ ring set and wear it on your honeymoon.

I wouldn't wear the real ring for sure (I went to Peru this summer and I left my engagement ring at home). I also WOULDN"T wear a cz one.I think that it is just as likely to attract muggers and I wouldn't want to tempt them. I really wouldn't want to be robbed at gun point just for someone to steal my cubic zirconia!

I would probably just pick up inexpensive tungsten ring for both I and FH.
I kinda feel naked now without my e-ring ;)

the first time we travelled south after we got engaged, i wore a fake e-ring (i didn't want to feel naked without my ring!)
but ever since that trip i've always worn my real one.. we go away at least once a year and i just decided i didn't want to wear the fake one every time.. my reason for the fake one in the first place wasn't because i didn't want it to get stolen, i was afraid of it falling off or something in the pool or ocean..

i dont know why you would ever put it in your safe or leave it in your room so that it could potentially get stolen? wouldn't you just wear it the entire time?

my plans for the honeymoon and every trip after we're married is to just wear my band and leave my e-ring at home.. so that WORST case scenario the band can easily be replaced as its not as expensive as the actual e-ring..

i dont know if that really helps you...but basically i'm saying i did the fake thing too, and thats fine and fairly common..but its whatever your personal opinion is! i just didn't want to do it anymore..lol

I think its wise not to wear your real ring, but I dont think I will be able to leave my real one behind when I go on honeymoon! I am crazy about my wedding ring and its still at the store....cant imagine parting with it when I have it.....but if I had to I would def buy one of those fashion, accessory rings!
