Save the Dates
Mailed out

My FH and I like doing things differently. We didn't want regular save the dates but had no idea what to do. Magnets, cards, email, posters...we had no idea. Then I came across the website Zazzle. They would let you make your own postcards then print them up for you. And the price was amazing. Then we had to decide of a design. All of a sudden my FH says "let's do a ransom note!" I have no idea where this came from but I loved it. I'd never seen a save the date ransom note before.
So we cut up my wedding magazines and went to work. He got so into it, it was adorable. He even got a piece of lined paper and crumbled it up saying "now it'll look like it was wrapped around a brick and thrown through a window!" Maybe he was thinking about it a little too much. Afterward we scanned the note and uploaded it to Zazzle. They came out awesome and we've gotten tons of compliments.
