so it took me for ever to find out what works and what works the wrong way ...meaning the jojoeffect!

i am quite a lazy person...
i rather diet than doing sports...well it depends ...i dont like sports which feels like work...like jogging or fitness center workouts... i like nature stuff....so maybe you should try something fun...swimming, roller blading, dancing, ...

Dos:
...reduce all kinds of fat...delete if possible all animal fats!!
backing in the oven instead of roasting or fried in oil!!!

...go raw...reduce cooked foods...i have 1 cooked meal a day....

..water....it feels like you are hungry but drink first before you deside to eat...thirst feels sometimes the same as hunger...

Eat healthy ...no regrets afterwards and a clear happy mind!!!
foods who promote weight loos...coconut,pineapple,mango,papaya...go smoothies!!! (stevia or no sugar)

If you body is sour ....he litterly is upset...and you might be depressed not because you are unhappy ...because you are missing happy food...

Get rid of fat...
check your body fat apercentage and try to get down that number and make shure you increase muscles and liquids...

you can eat: junk food, chocolate, ice cream ...and so on ....BUT
REDUCE THE AMOUNTS...and you will be fine and you kill your appetite for junkfood...you wont overeat on it.

Donts:
...no alcohol

..no prcessed foods...go nature!!!

...reduce the intake of dairy and animal fats...hollywood knows why...it is the reason why we have orange skin...i could see a differents within weeks...i did almond milk, soy milk and coconut milk instead....i just add water so it gets a more milky watery taste....there is also very tasty soymilk jogurt out there...
but go easy on the soy...and try to leave eggs out where ever you can...

dont eat late at night...a full stomach gives you a restless sleep!!!

high fructose corn syrup!!!
google it....as long as you eat stuff which contains HFCS you will have the hardest time of loosing weight.....opinions are very contriversal...but fact is ...it comes from genetically modified corn....??? if insects dont eat it...you should not eat it either...

myths...i need protein!!!

most of us eat to much protein ...and that we need meat for protein is not true....the industry did well in selling us that one...since the 60ties that has been promoted....we have vegan bodies...but the main problem is what is in the meat....you dont know...otherwise you would not eat it....
beans, veggies, do a great job...high in protein and they get the digesting system going...

Low calories...
staying below 800 calories a day...you are going to be on edge...and with junk food you will get depressed (unhappy food)..and your body will store every bit of food you give him!!!

Weight loss pills....
very little is known about them...i think they are dangerous because with pills there is always a side effect....nature has no side effects!!!

White Flour...go whole wheat!!!
It makes your body sauer (PH under 7) it could be the reason why you get pimples...(and dairy...well thats what i found out for myself)

if you wake up with a bitter taste in your mouth ...that means your PH is low...drink water!!!

toxics are stored in the fat layers...so if you loose weight fast...the toxic stuff gets in you blood and that can be dangerous...for heart and body...check with your ayurveda doctor....foods and natural herbs do a great job...stay away from pills and sideeffects...

well after 3,5 years i had to expect it ...but i didnt
when he droped the question...i had this shocking faceal expression....
and was going like...what ...really...ohh ...you really mean it!??

now that i think back....i was so suprised and shocked...i thought it was one of those marriage talks we had before...its to bad that i did not have the tears and the emotions...

the thing was this...

i had a bad snowboard accident...(helicopter, intense care...) it looked very serious .... at first...i had a bad head injury...but that was "just" a brocken cheekbone, skull fractur (small crack)...i was wearing a helmet ...otherwise i would not sit here...
that really shocked him...and he did not want to wait any longer...

so i just got out of the hospital for christmas...and after christmas eve ...when we were in my room ...we snuggled in bed and he asked me!!!

now that i think back...it was very cute and sweet...and it was perfect for us....

but now i am soooo exited about the hole thing...i never saw my self that way before....

when people asked me years ago....if i ever would get married...i would always say the same....NEVER....

but that changes when you meet the right person...it just did not work for my parents...and i saw what happens when you pick the wrong person....

i can not wait to show them how its done better!!! :)

i am sooo exited....more exited about buying a wedding dress than about christmas....haha does not suprise me ....if i could buy a wedding dress every year ...i would not make such a big deal out of it!!!

so ....to calm down my exitement i look at wedding dresses almoust everyday...

i thought you might enjoy it as much as i do ...so i posted my favorites!!!

i love ball gowns....but the only mermaid dress i like is the blush one on the second pic...but i cant find the designers name or any other pics only the made in china version...and we all know that does not work.

so i found the white next to it...i like but not love....the neckline is not my taste...
but if the bridalstore has that one i will try it on...just to see...and i know my sister will insist in seeing me in a mermaid dress.

There has been a lot of breast cancer promotions going on...which is good ...but i think there is stuff in the background going on you should know!!!

I am telling this to you so you can tell it to you loved ones...so we all stay healthy for a very long time!!!

So i think................breast cancer awareness starts at knowing what promotes cancer!!!

so why do people get sick???

By the trauma the body has to go thru and by the stuff which we add to it ...every day....

so when your body gets sick ....that means it is exhausted!!!

Some of the companies who promote product who support in someway a breast cancer organisation are useing chemicals in there products which were cancer promotional...that means if you use those product you are more likely to get cancer!!!

You have to understand how your skin works....

1. It is the biggest organ you have!!!
2. Your skin absorbs stuff ...as if you would have it in your mouth...
so as if you would eat stuff thru your skin....crazy right...

So what do you think what happens with the cemicals in your body???

If you go to the doctor and ask for a toxic level test...he will take your blood and test it...and you will know what is in you, how high, and the possible source!!!

Did you know a cow only gives milk when she has a calf!!!
Thats how it works in nature ...a mother ONLY gives milk when she has a baby...

so why do we have cows who give milk all the time????

Hormones... lots of hormones...
and they go into the milk, meat,... and from there into you.

when i look at the brides with tiaras ....i am not shure if i going for that look (big head...thin hair...big tiara....ohh dear)

to me it looks childish and to playful...(sorry no offence)

but i found this tiara...and i love it...it is earthy...and its even called titania... from midsummer nights dream the fairy queen...
well i feel i should ...and i am almoust to the place where i would regret
it if i dont do it...i mean ...oh dear..i dont know....and i really not often dont know!!!

but...do i want to look at me later with a tiara...its on my head...and on a lot of pic i am going to look at for years.....

and i am not shure if the color would match the dress...
it will be pure white...like diamond white...as far as i know they call it....
so it is more gold than silver....i dont fell gold fits with the white???

it can be made in silver ....but i dont know if i will like it that way ...and there is no silver model to try on...it has to be made...

well i might need to go to london anyway in the next 3 months so i defenetly will give it a try...

I have heard and seen things i am really sad about ...but by sharing i think (i hope) this can help you have a stress/drama/bridezilla free wedding day/planing time!!!!

nobody wants to be a bridezilla ...but there are people who could push that button...or even worse...they want to push your button!!

Jealousy is a nasty thing and when it comes to weddings....some people just cant hold back...

i have heard true storys about so called friends and even family who just cant stand not being the center off attention or somebody having what they cant have!!!

This could happen to you!! i know it could happen to me....when i think of some fam members...they have no problem to step back once in a while ...but the wedding process is a long one...months and months its going to be about you....a lot to take for selfish people....

Watching say yes to the dress makes me an expert to know the potential drama ....when you buy YOUR Dress!!!
Make shure everybody wants YOUR BEST and not theres...

I had a hard time in school and i know what the so called friends do and don't!!! It seems like some brides have not learned that and finding out before your wedding is not fun.

The socalled FRIENDS dont tell you how ugly you look in that dress...if they dont know how to say things more respectful ...i am not shure if they have any respect for you at all!!!

...Wedding Day preperation:
i read a bridal blog where the mother of the bride got upset about her hair and make up and really pulled the bride emotionally down...

what is even worse that there was nobody of the bridesmaids who got the mother calmed down....

You can have a perfect wedding planed ...but when the people around you are driving you or each other crazy ... it will not be a pleasant time!!!

Well where there are people... there is always some kind of drama...so just make shure the drama queens are kept under control or are kept away!!!

SO MAKE SHURE YOU HAVE SOMEONE WHO IS A REAL WINGMAN!!!

I have more time than other Brides....so i can spend more time doing and preparing things...

but if you work 8-10 hour a day...and you have a kind(s)...your day is booked...so be careful what you want to your self....

most of it takes time.....

I read that most of the brides who did there invitations them selfes did not have that much fun with it....
....it took more time
....drama with computer and printer if you don't work with it on a day to day base so you need longer till you figure thinks out ....

How many do you need....200... oh dear....that takes for ever....

my invitations are 3$ a pice....so i am ordering them ....i can never buy the stuff that cheap and then the time i need to invest....it never pays off....

DIY Flowers:
The florist is the expensive part...if you look on youtube you see a lot of how to .... videos about flowers...so you can learn how to do it and some fam members might know more about flowers than you think...

you need...
...a team....depends how big you go...1 person at least who wants to help!!!
...a local flowermarket ...
... you do you flowers 1 day before...so you need a place to store them.... (cold room like ....garage, cellar,hotels have big fridges or the village butcher has space....he does not use on that weekend...or a room with airconditon) temperature should be around 60 F.
...practice!!...one day before the wedding is tight to figure how to do bottoniers....

It only pays really of if....
...the amount of flowers is big ...but the bouquets and the pieces are easy to do...little labor and big savings on flowers

the florist needs to invest a lot of time into the centerpieces...he charges lots...(!!!Wireing flowers=expensive!!!) its not that hard to do...(check out youtube online how to videos)

or just do parts of it yourself....like just the centerpieces ....and have the florsit do your bouquets...

Flower really could stress you out....but once you get comfortable with it you will see it's no rocket sience....and it is fun working with flowers

OR ...hire a independet florist ....but buy the flowers on wholesale and you save and don't need to worry about it!!! like people who just start as a florist/eventdesigner....(check on florist schools in your area)

You want to enjoy your wedding and the time preparing it ...so what ever could stress you more than it relaxes you ....dont do it....its not worth the money...

ok here is the thing...

there are things i like about baroque .....the lace fans,parasols, the feathers, the frames , mirrors....and all the vanity stuff...
...baroque garden furniture,vanity table,chandeliers....

i don't want to use the masks....

we are going to have a garden wedding...in a tent...with trees around us...

so its automaticly a secret garden wedding ...and i added the butterflies because i love them and that was the first wedding theme i was shure off and my schatz (treasure in german...thats what i call my fiance) loves them ....and i want to do a butterfly release....so magical!!! and eco friendly :)

the only things witch are going to be arabic are the lanterns....and some carpets with pillows on the grass ....an arabic picnic area ....
and tassels....hanging on chairs (i am not shure if they are arabic or baroque...so i have both covered)

and i will hang some keys and locks into the flower arrangements....

Earthy.....moss and branches, wood.....

feathers...purple and white peacock feathers and turquise peacock swords...

ribbons hanging from the trees...

and as you might guess......yes i have a broad color theme .....

WHITE, PURPLE, GOLD, SILVER, TURQUISE

I know...a lot of stuff....but i am brave.........and i want what i want...hihi

I rather have to much stuff .......than to less to cover emty spots....and it will not die off like flowers...so i can reuse some of it or give it away!!

if it is cheaper....well i think so....flowers and florist are expensive and i

really want to do my own flowers...as you may guess...i have a particular vision of those as well.


so i can do very little flowers because i have so much other stuff.

well i think it will look great...i totally send you guys fotos.....

For my baroque/secret Garden/Butterfly/Key to my heart
(i think thats it???) theme wedding i wanted to do peacock feathers.

i love there colors and they are a must with baroque/secret Garden... theme wedding ;)

BUT ...

it has been done soooo many times and the fashion industry over did the theme the last years so I (and some people) got dired of it....

they were popular in the 18th century....marie antoinette was famous for wearing them and in the 40ies as well...

well i have a plan...

everybody knows peacock feathers...the greenish blue ones....maybe taking it to a higher level makes me still fashion forward...

There are sooo may different other feathers out there ...so there is no need to not do feathers.....

White and purple ones....so pretty, stylish and an eye catcher.....for most people something new...

they cost more....but only if you buy them already dyed or bleached...
i found them online for 1$ a pice........crazy....right???

so i am trying to dye them my self....right ...how hard could it be....

i mean the only thing witch could go wrong is ....ending up with purple hands for 2 weeks....hihi

dyed ostrich feathers are way cheaper....

and the turquise peacock sword feathers aren't seen as much...


Don't wait for the fashion industry till they deside when what is in fashion so.....

.....my RECOMMENDATIONAL TIP IS:

ITS YOUR WEDDING.....DO NOT NOT DO A WEDDING DECORATION/IDEA OTHERS DON'T LIKE AND THINK THEY NEED TO TELL YOU WHAT TO DO ON YOUR WEDDING DAY!!!

(reminds me of watching "say yes to the dress" and there is a selfish fam member telling the bride what to do....grrrrr)
