Ask a Question
anyone else doing a bridesmaid luncheon?
pottery making would be a unique and fun thing to do, plus they could bring the kids. I would also like to do something else involving food. Maybe a cookout? Or making dinner? This would be a great time to also give them their gifts. But when do you do this? two months before the wedding? a couple of weeks before? I'm clueless on this

That would be a great afternoon with your girls and the kiddos.
I love pottery! The girls at work all get together on Saturdays and paint pottery.
I have never heard of this luncheon business, all my bridesmaids are pretty far away. The closest one is 17 hours away, so its probably out of the question for me, but I think you girls would have a great time!
You could make it kid friendly or you could just have "the girls"
I think lunch would be fun and pottery, or some wine and a nice spa day! Thats always fun. You could have a lot of fun with it :)

Oh I'm sorry I never even answered your questions!
I got way to excited about the bridesmaids luncheon.
A cookout would be nice, or making dinner all you
girls. You could go to one of those cooking classes
where they teach you to cook a certain dish and then
you get to have it for dinner. We've done a few of those
and they are a great time.
I think you could probably do it whenever. You wouldn't
want to get to close to the wedding, just because you may
be pretty busy, but 2 months sounds like a good time.
Your not too close, but not to far out either.
