Another possible hairstyle
Hi Ladies!
I was searching for some other possible hairstyles and I came across this. I think the bride in the picture is absolutely beautiful and her hair is so cute! I like the looseness of it and the low curls to the side. And with that braid its very cute! Now I can't decide on this or my previous post about how my hair was for my sisters wedding. I am wearing a birdcage veil and then the dilemma comes whether to wear a headband or comb. Both the headband and comb are from www.weddingfactorydirect.com What do you ladies think? |

Here is my custom made wedding dress! It is a mermaid style dress made out of taffeta. It has a bubble hem with a french bustle, drop waist, rousing on bodice, empire waist beading, and a sweetheart neckline. They also made a birdcage veil too! LOL What do you ladies think!?! |

BBQ Sauce favors!
So since we live in TX but are getting married in our hometown in OH, we wanted to incorporate TX somehow into the wedding and what better than giving BBQ sauce favors!
I have been searching all over the web for these and I really wanted to find some TX BBQ sauce but so far no luck. I did find a place called George's BBQ in South Carolina that sells mini 8oz bottles online. You can get 12 8oz bottles for $18.00 or if you want they will do a custom label and you get 12 8oz bottles for $23.00. I figure I can always make the labels so why spend the extra money if I can do it better and probably cheaper! Hi ladies! So I love cupcakes!! I want to do cupcakes for the wedding on a cupcake tree and a 6in round on top. Here is some of my inspiration...
Pictures 1 and 2 are my top tier inspiration. Picture 3 is the cake topper I want....totally me! LOL Picture 4 is a DIY for cupcake wraps. Made with doilies and some tape! Picture 5 is inspiration for the tops of the cupcakes...pretty and simple. Milly Bridal, Ladies I need advice!
Good Morning Ladies!
I am a thrifty bride on a budget and love finding good deals. I came across Milly Bridal and they can do custom dresses. I haven't really tried any on but I can describe to a T what I want it to look like. So every time I am searching online for dresses I tend to only look for ones that are similar to what I want and those are the ones that stand out to me. I sent them an email with some pictures and they responded with a detailed email saying what materials they would use, the whole process, a time line and the quote for the dress......(insert drum roll) Total cost with shipping......$320!!!!! Now that seems like an awesome idea and a great way to save money but what are your thoughts/opinions? Has anyone ever used them before? What is your experience? Please any advice would be greatly appreciated! |

First Dance Remix
Here is the remix I did using the program MixPad Audio Mixer. I just downloaded all the songs I wanted and this is what I came up with so far. I am sure it will probably change some since I have a little over a year but it was really fun making it. I can't wait to actually do the dance!

Don't know what to do...
So if I go with David's Bridal I would do the dress in the first picture with a watermelon bow in the 2nd picture. Or I found 2 dresses at other sites that are similar to the MOH's dress and are cheaper than at DB. I do not know what to go with. The pink dresses also come in white if I wanted to do that as well.
Pink is my fave color and it is our accent color so it will be used mainly in the flowers. I am also going to be wearing pink shoes/cowgirl boots but other than that, pink is not being used anywhere else. |
