Why are people so stingy with there wedding pictures!!!
Ok so the wedding is done and we have been married for 25 days now YAY!! I love being married, not much has changed due to the fact that we lived together before we were married but it dose seem to bring us closer.. Its very nice... At my wedding we put disposable cameras on the tables (very blingy super cute) it was an added cost that hubby didn't agree with however I was able to talk him into it.. Some tables took all the pics on the cameras others just took the cameras.. LOL that's fine I kinda thought that some would just turn up missing.. I still need to get them developed.. I am a huge photo person.. I have a nice cameras and always take TONS AND TONS of pic's at events and share them with everyone really quickly.. Everyone who knows me stated that they would get lots of pic's for me... Well I packed my camera with me to the wedding and reception however had not one moment to myself let alone a second to take 1 picture! To get to my point at the reception some people told me "oohh wait until you see the cute pics I got" and on and on about all the pics they took ... At least 6 people stated that to me.. I was sooo excited and could not wait to see them.. They all promised to post them on facebook or email them to me... Well only 1 person has, all the pics in the post below are the only ones I have.. My pro pic's will be available until tomorrow (thank goodness) and I can not wait to see them.. I have asked the people who "have pics" if I can see them and they all have told me well I didn't take as many as I thought... Umm ok can I see they ones you have, I'm dieing! Then they stated well I don't have any! UUUUGGG ok.. LIES!!! They same thing with my mom ( who is not computer savvy) She has some cute pics but wont email, copy or burn them for me.. I told her I would do it for her I just really want them.. Her answer, well they are my pics... UUUMMM I just want to say Look lady you didn't help me with anything didn't want anything to do with the planning or setting up of the wedding (no matter how many times I tired to involve her) and now you wont share your pic's but I have kept my mouth shut! My older family members who took some pics have been giving printed out pic to my mom and she will show me but not give them to me or make copy's ..What the hell, before the wedding my mom and I were close and well now she just different! I don't get it..
Thanks for letting me vent! To the Married lady's, did you have a similar problem or am I the only one? |

 chairs chicken dance flip flops (went over great by the 3rd song they were GONE! Wish I would of got more! The ladys loved them. Even my grandma's were wearing them LOL) father daughter dance (2) cake (my only thought was if he puts this cake on my face im gonna kill him.. But he was a good boy!!) done!! (From start to finish the cermony was 2 mins! Everyone love it very short on a super hot day and well done! The only vows we said were with this ring I thee wed. very old school I loved it!) george and raven 3 girls for the boq i dos isle jasmin getting hair done Lacey getting hair done kissy face kids table (the long things are glow necklaces! huge hit w/ the kids I got them at the dollar store) me and matt me and the fan me with mom and dad me with my sisters Raven (my daughter) getting hair done setting up tables wedding all my sisters us setting up the best helpers taking a break silly wedding isle wedding jazzy and george wedding kisses                             |

 All my little DiY projects that took forever but were worth every min!! my isle decor, flip flop basket and sign, my card box, bling camers and candelabars the cake and table decor my flowers and the isle chandeliers My dress has a huge problem my girls saftey pinned it and I never found out about it untill after the wedding thanks to my photographer and sisters!! THEY WERE THE BEST!! a must do soo much fun love the sky my sister hand painted this umbrella for us that made it soo special        |

Hey lady's I'm back!!! The hubby and I got to take off for a few day in VEGAS as a honeymoon!! Had a great time.. Today is the day!!
Im getting married today!!!!
So all my DIY projects turned out great and the best thing is that they are all done!! Today its my turn I'm sooo excited I cant sleep!! I can not believe how fast this year went by!!! I'm looking forward to out lives returning to normal, the week before the wedding was chaos!! So lady's I will see you on the other side of this grand adventure!! Without all of you and your great ideas and tons of help, my day would not be as wonderful as it will be, so WBC I thank you!!!!

Wedding Flowers
A problem with the flowers 4 days before my wedding........
Ok here we are just days away from the wedding and the Florist just called me and stated "I'm sorry hon there's a problem"! just for the record I have been waiting for this call from someone. Everyone at the last min has plans they forgot about when they sent in there RSPV's.. Frustrating!!!!! Long story short the Anemones I have already paid for and was promised that I would get are not available... I guess its too hot in Holland so the flowers can not be cut.... UUUGGGGG Im ready to be done!!! So i guess we are now using white Gerber daisy with black centers.... Sucks but it will work I guess... I wonder if I will get some money back, the daisys have got to be cheaper!!!

IS TONIGHT YAY!!!!!!
Tonight is my bachelorette party I'm so excited to spend time with my girls!! It seems like forever since we have done something together that is just fun.. So on the agenda tonight is pole dancing lessons then drinking and I dont know what else.. No one will tell me what is planed! I found out about the pole dancing my accident! LOL So wish me luck! And lady's have a great night!!! ONLY 14 MORE DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!

My venue gave me chair covers and china!!
It all so very sweet of them!!!!
So yesterday I went to pay off the last little bit I owed for my venue. I was speaking to the owner and she asked what did I not get that I really wanted to get? I told her chair covers and real plates to eat off of.. And that I just could not afford the cost of chair covers and extra rentals.. She said that since I was such a good costumer that she would love to rent the chair covers and china for me at no additional cost!!! HOW SWEET IS THAT! I am a firm believer that random acts of kindness do work for everyone . And this is my pay back for doing a good deed the other day!

OMG the state of California is ripping me OFF!! Our marriage license is going to cost us $67.00, what the hell! Am I being cheap? This is a lot of money to me right now, 32 days befor the wedding... Sigh I'm being nickel and dimed to death!!!

Who's tired of broken promises?? I want to hear your story! And heres my story!
Sorry lady's vent coming! So my mother has been saying since I first got engaged (2 years ago) that she can not wait to throw me a bridal shower! And here we are 34 days until my wedding and not one plan has been made. So I called her last night to see what I could do to help her with it. She informs me that there will be no shower, and was very rude about it. I ask if something is wrong, she said "come on who would come!" That really hurt my feeling, its as if she said look no one really cares but you! So I left it alone, what could I have said to that.....
My parents have been promising me finical help, when I started planing it was to be a small wedding because we could not afford a big, nice wedding.. Then family steps in and makes a big deal about me being the oldest grandchild and the oldest child to my parents (who are not together).. I feel bad so the wedding count goes up, and more promises made to me... My parents have given me some help don't get me wrong, but they had promised a set amount and I have not seen even 1/4 of that money. I'm not going to ask about it, but I feel like I should not have to ask they offered!!!! I have to come up with tons of money in very little time all because people didn't want me to have a small wedding, but no one is willing to hold up there end of the deal! And the list goes on, but these are the ones that are eating at me... I'm having a bad day, and I am burned out on wedding details! Everyone needs something from me but no one is willing to give what they promised they would. I know that in the end it will all work out fine, but right now its just too much! Any one else dealing with broken promises?? What's your story?? I feel like I'm soo alone right now.. |
