Wedding Songs
Lets start a list for those who need ideas!!

Songs for me were one of the hardest parts of my wedding planning! It was something I put off doing until about one month before my wedding. I thought I would share what songs we ended up using to give those of you who are looking some ideas and thought that those of you who already picked your songs could post what you are using to give the ladies who need some selections ideas!! (My ceremony was a Christian wedding in a church.)

Ceremony:

Processional- "Canon in D"
Bride Entrance- "Every Day" by Rascal Flatts (small piano section)
Solo- "When You Say You Love Me" by Josh Groban
Unity Candle Lighting- "This Ring" by Anthony W. Carter

Reception:

1st Dance- "Lost In This Moment" by Big & Rich
Father/Daughter- "My Little Girl" by Tim McGraw
Mother/Groom- "The Man You've Become" by Molly Pasutti
Garter toss- "I'm too Sexy" by Said Right Fred
Bouquet toss- "Single Ladies" by Beyonce

Oops, yeah, I can read... just saw your last asterisked comment in your post!  :)

We are having an outdoor ceremony at my parent's home, and we're aiming for a fun, light-hearted, elegant vibe.  Something that reflects us as a couple.  Processional is from the soundtrack "About a Boy" and is instrumental, two friends are singing "Stay With You" because the lyrics sum up exactly what I want to say in (my) vows, and Earth Wind and Fire for the recessional to cue it's time to celebrate!

Since we're both pretty quirky, we are going for a jumble of different songs.  My aim is for clean classic lines, no frou frou or bows or overly girly stuff.  Here is what I have so far:

Processional-Either Babyface's "Everytime I close my eyes" or Elvis' "Can't help falling in love with you"

Bride's entrance- Across the Stars (love theme from star wars Phantom Menace (FH is a huge SW fan))

Recessional- Crazy little thing called love by queen

Bridal party entrance- thinking "In the Mood" by Glenn Miller Band

Bride/Groom entrance- Signed Sealed Delivered

Father/Daughter dance- "Music of my Heart" by Nsync and Gloria Estefan.  (Made me tear up because the words mean so much...they're on my blog)

First Dance- Head over Feet

Bouquet Toss- Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

Garter Toss- Another One Bites the Dust

Cake Cutting- "Love and Marriage" by Frank Sinatra (Married w/children anyone?)

Last Dance- "(I've had) Time of my life" From Dirty Dancing.
