Awesome music! - Modern String Quartet - BEBRIGHTPINK's Pink Wedding by Color Blog

I stumbled upon an awesome group on iTunes. The Vitamin String Quartet plays cover songs with a 2 violins, a viola, and cello. It is beautiful and a classy way to incorporate your favorite hits into your ceremony. Check 'em out on iTunes...they have a couple wedding albums, the Modern Wedding Collection, Indie Wedding, etc. I like some hits off of their other albums, too.

Thank you SO much for this post! I met with the Director of Liturgical Music today and was some of my prelude music was not allowed because of th Catholic ceremony rules. He said if I could find instrumental songs I liked, all of those would be okay. This site solves everything! Thank you.

This is just great. My boyfriend and I were discussing details for out potential wedding and making plans, we both love the string quartet idea, however I was worried that people may find the music a little boring and fall asleep etc, plus I wanted something modern as I think it would be perfect. I love this idea, he found it. What a great guy! I love how you can get amazing string versions of modern songs, most of your favourites. Vitamin String Quartet are awesome. Next problem to get them or a string quartet just as good to play the songs at the wedding. as we want an actual string quartet to play. *smiles*
