As for your photographer and caterer, if they're not comfortable giving you a price, I say put what you're comfortable with down for a deposit and don't worry about it. Cross that off your list.
Also, #8, 13, 14, 15 and 25 look like things your fiance could handle alone? If you feel comfortable delegating those things to him, I'd go for it!

I know..I was stressing bad on where we were going to have the ceremony/reception. Everything was sooo expensive. You don't realize how much everything costs until you plan a wedding. It take alot of time to figure these things out. This is why i started planning early thank God. Now we still have to find out where we are catering the food, the dj, the videographer, the cake etc...

Ya, I know how that goes - I have freak outs like this all the time and my wedding is still a few months away. My mom keeps telling me I can get married in April if I wanted with what I have done, but she doesn't understand. I am a full time nursing student and in May I have my preceptor the whole month. There will be no wedding planning in May, so I'm already behind!
