200 days and counting.... Wow, it's hard to believe. It's been a rough few weeks and hubby's bes...
So I have been racking my brain on what do to for our center pieces.
Luckily our reception venue has silk flowers, candles, mirrors, etc. for the center pieces. Now, we don't have to use them but we can if we want to. It's included in our package since we are using their catering.
So when we went for the tasting, they had the amazing silver, 4 prong candelabras on some of the tables. The other tables had short center pieces. I looooooved that idea.
The problem is, is that I can't decide what the heck I want as my short center pieces. I really don't want flowers. I wanted to keep my flower budget low so that I could spend the extra money elsewhere.
Here are some of my ideas. If I do, do flowers, they will be very minimal. I definitley want candles all over the tables. The reception starts at 6pm, so the sun will be going down and the reception venue has this huge wall of windows, so the moon light will shine through and I think the candle light will look amazing...
The pillar candles is what we are leaning toward right now. We are thinking of getting 2 different sizes of candles and using a black charger underneath them. Wrapping a grass green ribbon around them and covering the bottom of the plate with grass. Kind of having the candles sit in the grass and then we could eliminate the green ribbon.
Ugh... too many ideas running through my mind.
