This is bethhefty's White Wedding!

I have 6 bridesmaids including my MOH. I know, what was I thinking?! Honestly, it's a lot of politics. Cousins, Sisters, and sister-in-law. Friends getting married and you were in their wedding... etc! They have all been amazing, no drama. They ordered their dresses in enough time, sent in shoes measurement. Everyone is being great except my MOH. My MOH is my sister and she hasn't even ordered the dress yet and the wedding is in 4 months.

Its not in my nature do break rules, to be mean. I'm a people pleaser, but enough is enough. I told her that if she doesn't get her dress in time.. she has to figure something out. It may be mean, and it may be bridezilla-ish. But I have enough to deal with, I live in Kansas City so i'm planning my wedding for my hometown in Arkansas. It's hard planning a wedding 4 and a half hours away from the wedding spot.

I'm sure it will all work out, I'm on that time of the month so I'm sure my hormones are just out of control. :-) Everything will work out and my wedding will be great. I'll post more later.

I can freely admitted that planning a wedding is not my idea of fun. I've always imagined going to City Hall and making it official. I love my fiance, and he wants a wedding.. so I'm planning a wedding. :-)

My sister (MOH) is an artist and roughly put together a few invite ideas. She has a letter pressing machine. The invites will be letter pressed.. that's why I'm feeling like the first picture is my favorite. It's classy and elegant with being simple, that is the feeling I am going for.

I'll post some more today, I would love to hear your comments and Ideas.

Well I have been engaged for 3 months already, but this is my first time to start a wedding blog-thing.

I am getting married to the love of my life. He is my best friend and spoils me with kind words and love. I'm so excited to finally marry him and in 4 months I get too. :-)

We have a small wedding budget because my parents (God bless them) want to gift us with this wedding... needless to say its going to be a DIY themed wedding. I'm getting married to the man of my dreams, and I will be happy with whatever we have.

I will post more today and keep everyone up and where the wedding plans are going and what we are planing on doing. Thanks for welcoming me into your community of wedding planning.
