I asked my wedding planner about those. They are about 200 roses for each centerpiece.

wow they are huge im not sure really but i would guess 75 maybe 100 for the big ones depends on the size of the rose too. The small one will probably be around a dozen.

My florist is working on something similar for me, and she said about 150 to 200 roses per centerpiece!..I doesn't look like that many, but I guess it takes that many to really make it full.

My sister who's a florist, said a good way of roughly figuring it out is to count as many as you can see on one side and triple it.

have you considered feather flowers in the colour of your choice?

for fresh flowers 150-250 sounds about right, her in England we would be looking at approx £400 per arrangement.

If you want to DIY I wouldn't use real flowers, those arrangements are extremely time consuming and aren't nearly as easy as they look. (I tried one once, lol, turned out well, but took me 3 hours and it was only about half that size!)
If you don't mind using silks, you wouldn't need as many roses, as silk blooms are usually bigger than real ones, and they could be done ahead of time.

You would easily be looking at a few hundred per arrangement for a florist to do them with fresh flowers.
