Wedding Invitation
What did u spend?

I went to kinkos and th eprice i got for 50 invites as well as rsvp,direction cards,registry cards. was a little over $200. without cutting. Where did you guys go? I dont have a printer so what can I do I also need it this week to be done and shipped. Also the cardstock they had at kinkos was to shiny it didnt look like invitation paper at all.






**** I WAS TOLD THAT I COULDNT PUT MORE THAN ONE ON THE PAGE UNLESS I DO IT MYSELF ON THE PROGRAM AND IDK HOW TO DO IT BECAUSE I DIDNT MAKE THE INVITE*****

I bought myself a printer and did mine at home. The cost of buying the printer outweighed it getting done somewhere else.

I didn't spend that much on invites but I also wanted one sheet invites, nothing fancy at all

I'm a graphic designer and did all my own. I actually freelance design wedding invites on the side.

I have one current customer who is ordering 270 invites, rsvp, accommodations and envelopes which totals in at $495 which includes shipping.

I'd be happy to help any fellow brides. I also am currently in the works of making an etsy store. So far I only have baby announcements on there. My invites are picture on my blog.

Forgot to mention her invites are on shimmer paper which is more costly than just plain cardstock.

150 invites, all DIY from Michael's. Included the inside cards. I used the 40% and 50% off coupons on every box though so it was a great deal. All under $200...and they look just as great as some of the really expensive ones!

I am making my own, designing and everything.  The supplies are probably around 150 to 200 dollars.. and then printing for 100 invitations, 100 website cards, 100 direction cards, and 100 RSVP cards,120 thank you cards, and 20 rehearsal dinner cards was around 130 bucks.  I took them to Staples to have them printed and cut.  Used a 20 dollar off coupon and also was only charged for a few of the cutting because its so hard for them to cut them evenly with a laser, that some of them didn't line up.   So around 350 bucks for 100 pocketfolds with 4 enclosures and 120 thank you cards.  Not bad...

I had and etsy seller design mine for $35, and I printed and made myself at home. All the supplies ran me about $230 so all in all about $300 for 130 invites.

Go to Staples. Color print on a heavy cardstock is around 47 cents a page and they should fit more then one per page. Kinkos is a rip off bit time!!

Mine were a little pricey... $385 for 75 invites, RSVP cards, and envelopes. They are thermographed and amazing. Def worth the price.

I'm having mine made and it includes the invitaion and envelope, a little pocket with RSVP card and envelope. Total 281.25.
