All of your ideas are beautiful. The vase inside the vase is really nice. Also, I personally love uplighting. Just before our wedding we had to scale back everything for financial reasons so we were unable to do alot of the uplighting we wanted to.

Where are you having your reception?  Inside, outside, on the beach, at a country club, etc.?  What time of day?  Just as a guideline, this is what we did.  The reception started at 5:30 at a local country club.  The photographer had just enough light in October to get some great shots on the golf course and the lawn.  Cocktail hour was outside on the verandah overlooking the golf course & a beautiful sunset in the background.  Inside the reception room, there was one entire side of the room that was windows & it faced the golf course.  We had uplighting under our vase centerpieces.  The room was dimly lit all night, but those base lights on the centerpieces really made the room look fabulous.  (People wanted to take them home!)  I found these online at sixstarsales.net for $12.99 plus shipping.  I'm sure whatever you do, it will look great.
