Centerpieces candle holders for tables at reception

I will use these hurricane candle holders for centerpieces 1 large and 2 small ones i will decorate them with the Damask tape if i can find with tiffany blue ribbon boardered around it or just leave blank with a ivory candle with aqua crystal ice inside and some tiffany flowers spread around it. Plan on having black table cloths with an black-ivory damask runner on each table their will be 20 tables. I an still trying to budget chair covers in things and i want them black with the tiffany sash or a damask sash anyone heard od a damask sash and know where to get them or just a damask chair topper

A damask sash would be simple to make plus cheap if you have a JoAnn's near you - you can always find 40% off coupons. That would look amazing!!
