This is bladam01's Blue Wedding!

So today makes one month until our wedding! I can't believe how fast it's going! I've been completely absent from updating with everything going on between work, school and wedding but I've actuallly been marking off lots on my to-do lists. The biggies that are left are:

* Officiant
* Groomsmen clothes/gifts
* Wedding Programs
* Finalize Menu
* Marriage License
* Bachelorette Party- March 17th!!
* Bridal Shower- March 24th
* Final Fitting- March 30th
* Finalize music and buy iPod dock

It's going to be a busy 30 days!

It wasn't planned to be a wedding weekend but we got so much done! My sister/MOH is amazing! I get super indecisive about things and she's "let's just get it done!"

- Invites are printed ( waiting on more supplies and they will be finished and mailed out by Feb 14th)

-Ordered Return Address Labels- Vista print is amazing!! I ordered 140 for FREE

-Ordered Postcards to send with invites- it has RSVP, accomodations and directions (I'm having my family RSVP to an email address instead of returning a card- my cousin didn't receive 1 back from our family so... this is better) they were FREE from Vista Print too!!

-Ordered 250 Business Cards for seating-if we decide to do it- ALSO FREE!

-Bachelorette Party invites bought and ready to be mailed

-Shower invites bought

-Bought shoes for Ceremony/Recption- FH's not too much taller than me and we're taking pictures in grass so I went with flip flops. They match the girls dress perfectly!! and they're my something blue :)

It's going so fast! I need to get my to do lists together and done :)

-Officiant- Judge
-Register for Bridal Shower
-Finish Centerpieces -just 2 sets left
-Finish Apothecary jars for dessert table
-Design and Make invitations
-Finalize guest list and get addresses
-Bridesmaids shoes
-Buy shoes and white flip flops
-Map/ Direction Cards
-Wedding Programs

These are just some of my favorites but she did a great job!

I finally figured out part of their gift. I made 5 necklaces/bracelets for my bridesmaids, a set for my flower girl and one for me....all for around $40. I couldn't believe it. I love them!

Wow it's been too long! Unfortunately between work and school I haven't had time to share all that I've been up to. But luckily my sisters FMIL is AMAZING with flowers and helped me do all of my bouquets and bouts. I'm not in love with the photos...they don't do them justice but I'm so happy how they turned out!!

We had our engagement session this weekend and it was AMAZING! We weren't planning to take engagement photos but a friend of my bridesmaid is just starting out and wanted to practice.

I thought it would be really nervous and awkward but she was great and made us so comfortable! We had so much fun! I couldn't stop laughing in the first photo. My FH hurt his ankle somehow on Friday so we changed locations so it wouldn't take as long and wouldn't have as far to walk but it turned out better than I could expect!

The weather was perfect- 75 and not one cloud! She sent a sneak peek since she's going on vacation and I won't get them all for a while.

She was hired for the wedding after Saturday but now I can't believe how much I love these! Photographer checked off the list!!

I just found out one of my bridesmaids works with a lady that has decided to start doing engagement and baby photos. Sooo she asked if she could photograph us for FREE for practice. Yes please! She used to take photos a while ago and has taken some classes. Considering we probably weren't going to have them done this is fantastic! And if they're good we've found our wedding photographer too. Hopefully I can mark that off the list!

I'm getting really excited but super nervous! We're taking our german shepherd for some of the shots so hopefully that'll make it a little more fun.

Any suggestions? What to do/ not to do? Good/Bad experiences?

I ordered the damask totes for my bridesmaids last night and can't wait to get them! I had to get one for myself!

Also Hobby Lobby has all floral and beads on sale for 50% off through Saturday. I was able to get my bouquet and 5 bridesmaids for about $100. Forgot about a toss bouquet and decided on a pomander for my flower girl so I'm going back.
