My mom already had bought one of the flower girl dresses months ago, but I'm just nowt trying it on and she loves it. She is 3 and she told me she can't wait until mommy and papi andre(is what she calls my FH) wedding...HOW SWEET.
I was trying to find a dress similar for our baby girl, but I couldn't. The good news after emailing the pics of my oldest in her dress to my mom she called and said I can find them a dress alike if I want because she got her money back from the dress when she returned something else she had bought. The cashier somehow messed up and gave her a refund for the dress too.....FREE sounds good to me...HIS BAD! |

Finally Picked A Dress
IM BACK! Looking for dresses is exactly what I needed. I been slacking on wedding planning even though now is not the time to do so, but with moving and everything I have been exhausted.
Anywho...We found this beautiful dress at Alfred Angelo. I let my FSIL pick out the dress since my sisters can't make time...urgh.. The dress is perfect its a corset so it will take care of the problem area and it will really show off the girls curves...NO UGLY BRIDESMAID DRESSES FOR THIS PARTY...BOO! The dresses are $150 and with taxes about $160. FSIL already paid half of hers....HI FIVE...now its the other two I have to worry about...... URGH! |

I Got Tha Blues
I want to wear blue heels to have that pop of color when it comes time for the garter removal, but I can't find any. Its hard because I have small narrow feet..5 1/2... I hear about all the good deals some of you ladies get and I have to admit...I am jealous.
Anywho, I seen some cute ones at DB that are dyeable so I probably will just purchase them from there and have them dyed. I can't remember the last time I paid $60 for some shoes, heels anyway, but I guess I can splurge besides they are for my wedding |

FH and I went to pick out therir tux Sunday and suprisingly he is going to wear white. He picked black for everyone else because he didn't know how comfortable they would be wearing white.

Ok ladies..I am running out of DIYs so I am going to do labels for our water bottles...here is where you ladies come in...
I have found the template I am going to use already but I have priced the waterproof labels and they are too expensive...besides most of them will probably throw the bottles away....but it will be a nice favor for those that don't eat candy. Anywho...How did you waterproof your labels without spending a fortune? |

In Loving Memory
The most difficult thing that I have had to deal with is who will be giving me away. My father died three years ago from lung cancer and soon after his death almost every father figure that I have had in my life passed. I was going to have my mother walk me down the aisle since she basically raised me by herself, but I don't think she wanted to do it because she is old school and I want to keep some tradition
God has a way of working things out. An old friend of my mothers from our hometown(Beaumont, Tx...represent) will be walking me down the aisle and he is so excitied. I thank God for that because this is truly a tough time for me. We are going to have a memory table for those that are deceased. I have been collecting photos of our loved ones and it is nice to hear all of the stories. I want to do something special during the ceremony for the baby l lost "Angel Giselle" (she was stillborn) that will symbolize her... Ex...have my flowergirl, which will be my oldest daughter, throw pink rose petals. Do you have any suggestions? |
