He accidentally saw it and hates it

I left the computer up and my fh looks at me as I enter the room and states....I hope this is not your dress because it is ugly. My theme is still Harlem Nights so I was looking for something that ties into my look!! Now it is back to the drawing board! The 1st dress pictured was my choice!

I'm so sorry!  I hope you're not devastated!  At least you hadn't bought the dress, BUT I agree with @kaylag , maybe your FH would feel differently if he saw you in it.  I think the first dress is beautiful, but if you decide not to go with that one, I really, really like the last dress.  I'm sure you will look great in anything!!

That sucks. Things ALWAYS look better on. The other girls have good points and agreed- At least you didn't already buy the dress.
On other thoughts, My best friend bought the dress with one strap and flowers. It's STUNNING.

i agree with futuremrslilley, try the dress on, i LOVED this one dress and had my heart set on it , i tried it on, it looked like shit. I went with something that was totally more dramatic and GLAM and it lookes great on me and i feel amazing. dont let his peek spoil it for you. go start trying some on.

Sorry to hear that. I guess you can look at the good side of it...at least you know the style of dresses he doesn't like....but dresses always look different once you put it on your body.

oh dear! That was like my FH I was looking through magazines and asked him if he liked one that I liked and he was like NO, so I made him go through the magazine with me and point out ones he liked and I asked him what he envisioned on me. I really didn't think he would care or had much say in what I was going to wear, cuz well he's a guy, but I guess they have a vision also

I know the feeling that happen too me too. I was so made at him for the comments he made about the dress. So now I'm looking for nothing else too. I'm actually thinking about taking him with me to dress shop.
