Wedding Invitation

Almost Done ...

I've been on a bit of hiatus from Wedding By Color, but that's because I've been busy sending out invitations. I didn't think it would take me 2 1/2 weeks!!

So here's an update, we finally got what we wanted from our venue - we downgraded the package so that we could add entree options for our guests. And we finally got the invitations! They look awesome. ;) I gathered about 6 friends & family and assembled them in one night plus one day. I had a lot of fun joking and chatting with the girls. Great stress relief!!

Part of the reason why it's taking a while to send off the invites is disorganization. My parents gave me their guest list with partial addresses. Plus it's a Chinese custom to send bakery gift certs with the invites. My mom is complicating matters with gift cards from 2 different bakeries - one from the west end and one from the east end. I still have one more to go out and then on to the next task - programmes & placecards!!!
