Ever order from a online bridal shop?
Has anyone ordered their wedding dress from one of the online bridal shops. Maybe bestbridalprices or thebridalshop. I see I dress that I love and of course I can't find it in my state. I am so scared that it won't fit right or look the way it appears online. But I might just have to have faith and order it.
Please share your experience!! |

 black cake topper/love it/ but are the diamonds too much choice 4, without the pink choice 2, but with out the dots on it, maybe a bigger ribbon, topper is perfect choice 3, but with a topper wedding cakes2 choice 5 My favorite cake..but no longer do I want the stars on it or flowers and monogram topper        |

Has anyone changed the look of their wedding cake?
I love the way this cake looks...or I did. As you know I have changed my flowers from roses to lilies. So I can no longer re-create this cake.
So I am thinking, I still want the square tiers, BUT without the roses on top, and without the diamond stars. So in place of the flowers, I will add a monogram topper. I found pictures of black toppers. Cute. I think. Which one would you do? Black topper with diamonds/without diamonds or use the silver ones. Thanks |

Changes, Changes, Changes....
Ok... so I'm at that point where I no longer want some of the things that I KNEW I wanted when I first started planning my wedding. Like for instance the flowers. I knew without a doubt that I wanted roses. Everyone wants roses, right. Everyone except for my boyfriend. One night we are in bed looking at pictures on the internet and he finds this one picture of a trumphet vases with calla lilies. And instantly he says this is want I want at the reception. At first I thought that he was playing, but he just kept talking about how nice and elegant that picture looked. So I thought about it and realized that he has not said much about the wedding, didnt care what color it was just as long as I was there. So why not give him this ONE thing that he actually has a comment on. Which brings me to change number one. No longer will we have roses, we will have lilies. Change number two comes and a blessing in disguise. No longer will I need to search the internet for affordable black vases...we will just use glass trumpet vases(where can I find some?)....YEAH!
So out with the Damask idea, and the black vases....It will still look good right? |

Why can't I find a cheap black vase
Is it just me or is it hard to find a simple black vases. Im looking to use them as centerpieces with black magic roses. I have been looking online for about 4 weeks. All I seem to find are websites that are either too expensive, in the UK, make you buy 4-5 cases of them, or you have to be a florist. Why is this so hard. I know there has to be a website that out there that will let you buy/rent 30 vases.Here is what I am looking for:
They need to be anywhere from 12"-16" They need to have at leat a 4" opening They can be plastic or hand blown glass I would prefer cyclinder, but at this point, it doesnt matter I was able to post a couple of pics what i am looking for. If any one is out there and know if such a place, please...please HELP! |

Thinking about Damask
After looking at all the pics i think i want to do a damask table runner on top of a black tablecloth. But I need to find some....
I have been looking on the web for about 2 hours now and it looks like I will have to buy the fabric and have someone to make them. But if you ladies know of anyone selling theirs I would be happy to buy/rent them. I want simple tables with black vases and red roses and candles. Black charger plates, white plates, black napkins.... Any suggestions? |
