Letters and jewelry
I wanted to make my own jewelry for my girls and I. I got all the beads last week and finally got around to making them last night. The only thing is I haven't figured out how to end them and get them wrapped around the clasps. I think I know but not EXACTLY sure. I think i'm missing a piece I need. Right now they are duct taped the the laundry basket lid. haha Any way, mine is the all white one with the clear beads and the girls all have white with black and fuschia beads. I think they turned out pretty!!

I also wanted to do the "I DO" letters for the cake table and when we were at hobby lobby (my new favorite store) last night I came across the letters and finished those up this morning.

I'm excited! These are my first wedding projects and I think they both turned out great!!

Great job painting the letters! I'm seeing more and more creative ways to design the I DO letters! I really like the two tones!

Those all look great. I have also been considering beading my own jewelry but not exactly sure what I want yet.

ooh nice jewelry.  I also made mine or at least tried.
I made like the whole set for only 4 girls and I gave up. I just don't have anymore time or patience b/c my sister and her kids and my kids keep getting together so I just put that on the side and just brought some cheap ones.      Anyway, to get the claps done all you have to do is buy some crimp beads.  You can get them at Wal-Mart in the craft department, you will need a plier (jewelry)  Just loop the end of the wire or string you are using and thread the bead on it and press the crimp bead close and there is your loop or you can close your circle fastener on that end and do the same on the other side and just but the clasp on the other side...it's simple after you get the hang of it.  Great job!

Everything looks amazing!  I really like idea of making the jewelry and it looks great.  I also like how you did the 2 colored letters.  They really stand out!  I love it!
