Wedding Dress
This Is My Dress!
I love this dress! It is very classic looking. I actually got this dress for free from a friend who owned a bridal shop. Lucky me I know. I had it altered to fit me perfectly and believe it or not it doesn't fit as of now. I need to lose about five pounds. I figured that with the wedding stressors that come within the last month of planning that I will drop it without trying. Hopefully!

Wedding Invitation
Today @ I Need A Favor
Good morning to all the early bird brides like myself.
Today I am going to my local invitation shop to preview invites for the big day. My fiance and I decided that I will go pick out three of my favorites and then he will come and help decide. Luckily for me he is involved but not too involved. I have seen grooms who care more about the wedding than they allow their fiancee to be. Scary. I'm definitely the woman in the relationship he just cares enough to have an opinion. I can't believe I'm getting married in less than four months. I have been waiting to get married since I was a child. I have been dreaming up wedding plans for years. So congratulations to all those girls out there who truly feel that they found the man of their dreams! We are so lucky. Have a fabulous day. |

Honeymoon Suggestions
Thanks to all the brides who have responded to my honeymoon questions. I will check out your suggestions and hopefully book something soon. I just want to be on a beautiful beach somewhere with my husband, I guess I shouldn't be so picky.

Where to go?
Happy February! Four months and counting until my big day. I am having a minor problem...We don't know where to go on our honeymoon. I like Turks and Caicos but all of the resorts that are affordable seem to be family resorts. If there are any brides out there that have any advice I'm open! Thanks.

The Proposal
Perfect...This is my Ring!
It was the night of the NBA Playoffs May 30, 2009. Magic was in the lead (sorry celtics) but just for the record I am a Red Sox Fan. It was 10:30 p.m. and it was just before half time when he whipped out the sparkling ring and asked me to be his wife! It was so unexpected, I was honestly shocked. I cried like a baby and then immediately called all of my family members. We all cried together over the phone. It was definitely a sob fest!
P.S. Magic won the Eastern conference! Go Magic! P.S.S we have been together for almost four years and will have been engaged for 364 days when we get married! |
